I meant to send this out an hour ago, but you can blame the phone call I just had with Janelle Dinosaurs, which was delightful and welcome and means this email is getting sent out late. Janelle, it's your fault. Also thank you.

I'm writing today to tell you two things:

THING 1:

THING 2:

The world keeps worlding, the nonsense is ubiquitous, so I'm finding joy in micro acts of feminism. Or as Janelle aptly called it, feminist snacks. For example: A man in my gym was wearing a tshirt with big ole letters proclaiming "Let's Go Brandon". So I thought, if he can wear that, I can wear this:

I did seek and receive permission from those gayer than myself first, which seemed in integrity. (Love you, Jessie).

I know that being in a gym with 2 other femmes and 20 dudes is always an experience. We notice. I am rarely bothered by anyone, but that's not the whole reason we notice. If even one other person was wearing something like this, I know I'd breathe a little bit easier. I can be that person.
