Full Circle Retreat is back, baby!

Good morning, Glories! I'm writing to you with some news for the aerial hoop devotees on the list- with some tasty news! Me and my favorite Blue Tornado, the unstoppable Jenny Tufts (of @circlecirque if you know her from the 'gram) are joining forces again to bring TWO back to back retreats to beautiful Puerto Escondito, Mexico.
Jenny will be bringing her world-class buffet of deliciously buttery aerial hoop sequences coupled with her characteristic delightful charm and approachable wonderfulness as a human. I will be bringing creative witchcraft and excavation to help you add your personal stories, colors, and textures to your performance work. We like to call this retreat Full Circle because we offer a totally optional sharing on the last day, to share ANYthing you like. Historically this is my favorite day because I get to watch new art lurching into the world and that's pretty much my favorite thing ever. Be forewarned, we both think it's freakin hilarious to take awkward family photos like this one: Applications are open now, and have been to me and Jenny's patrons for week- so while there's plenty of room in each retreat they do be starting to fill up, I'd recommend taking a peek sooner rather than later so you can get the accommodations that you prefer. For Mexican artists living and working in Mexico, we are delighted to offer scholarships for each retreat- no need to prove anything you just have to apply (you can find the application here, or on the main info page.) Sweet Retreats is such a special place, in a special part of Mexico. I look forward to this every year. Come for the world-class hoop and creative brain squishies, stay for the fantastic food, epic sunsets, and getting some sun on your tiddies (or whatever you have) in the pool.
